Emran Hashmi is a bankable star and matured actor now.He has changed Hindi cinema a lot.'Jannat 2' was released in 2012.Even though the only similarity between 'Jannat' and 'Jannat 2' is that the leading actor and the makers of the movie is same.
In 'Jannat 2' Emran Hashmi plays the role of a illegal weapon dealer in Mumbai.And Randeep Hooda plays the cop who wants to stop this whole illegal racket.Emran does a fabulous job in acting while Randeep Hooda as tough cop did good.He too is improving his acting comparing to his last movies.'Jannat' was his second genuine hit movie which was critically acclaimed.The sequel surely keeps up the expectations.There are some twists in the story.Some of them will make you smile and some of them will leave you shocked.
So my suggestion is if you want to watch a good hindi movie which doesn't boast of the 3 khans or the kapoors watch 'Jannat 2'.It's a watchable movie and you will never feel that you have wasted your money.
