Daisy (2006) (Korean) (Mini Review)

                    Two guys falls in love with the same girl and that's common in movies.But what if one of them is a cop and the other one is a criminal..?..That's the story of 'Daisy'-a 2006 released Korean movie.I won't say it's a must watch for common people but it's a must watch for movie lovers.Leading lady of this movie is none other than 'My sassy girl' star Gianna Jun.This movie has shot entirely in Netherlands. 
                    All the three main characters did an impressive job in this movie.Movie's second half is filled with lot of silence, and emotions are showed through subtle expressions,full marks to director for that.This is one of the best Korean movie we've seen and our verdict is it's watchable and you can wonder about how these Korean movie makers thinks like this..!!!

Kung Fu Panda 2 (2011) (English) (Mini Review)

                     Cast   :  Jack Black, Angelina Jolie and Jackie Chan

                 

                           Jack Black is back as the 'King of awesomeness' in the second part of Kung Fu Panda 2 .In this part Po joins with his favorite group of fighters to fight against an old but powerful enemy who is trying to destroy Kung-Fu tradition and conquer China.

                         This movie is a fun filled adventure ride and a perfect movie to spend some time with your dear ones.There are some awesome hilarious moments created by Jack Black/Po in the film.Other members of the fighting team-especially characters played by Jackie chan and Angelina Jolie-have more screen space in this sequel part comparing to the first part.

AND THE BEST PART IS DVDs ARE OUT NOW...!!!...So go and grab your copy from a nearest store people, before all of them gets sold out..(Or you can buy movies online in sites like amazon.com or flipkart.com)

Note:If you didn't watched Kung fu panda first part,you will miss two awesome entertaining              movies.Don't think animation movies are 'cartoons for kids'.Most of the animation movies comes out nowadays is far better than your mainstream 'Live-action' movies.

                                               

Mindhunters (2004) (English) (Mini Review)

         Mindhunters is not a usual suspense thriller which comes out of Hollywood all the time. Speciality of the story of the movie is how much ever you guess the climax you will be wrong.Director Renny Harlin didn't cast any actors as a lead character so that he can keep the suspense till the end.It's about a group of FBI agent trainees who participates in a training program which is located in a remote island.But things get serious when they realize they are being hunted.
                      If you love suspense thrillers,this one is for you.Commercially it didn't achieved a lot.Surprisingly, it got some negative reviews too..!!!..But what our suggestion is this is a decent thriller and a must watch for the lovers of this genre.
                                        

Black Cat, White Cat (1998)(Serbian,Bulgarian, Romany) (Mini Review)

                                    'Crna macka, beli macor' (Black cat,White cat)  is a Yugoslavian movie directed by Emir Kusturica. Characters in the movie speaks in 3 different languages- Romani, Serbian, and Bulgarian - it's all mixed up.It's one of the must watch movie.Story starts very slowly and later picks up it's pace and turns into a full fledged entertainer.Simple,funny and awesome acting by the cast.This movie won award for best direction in Venice film festival.
                      Now let's come to the story part.Son of an old gangster fails in a robbery and end up in a huge debt.Now he is forced to marry his teenager son to repay that dept.But when the wedding day approaches everything changes when some crazy events happens.(sorry we don't wanna give you spoilers and kill the fun of watching this film).
                    Betrayals,death,friendship and of course true love makes this awesome movie a must watch.Music plays a very important role in this movie.

Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara (2011) (Hindi) (Mini Review)

                     'Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara' (You don't get life a second time) is an Indian movie in Hindi language directed by Zoya Akhtar.One of the best Indian movie of the year 2011.It is a story of three friends who decides go on an adventure trip before one of them is getting married. Now i know what you are thinking...No, it's not a "hangover" rip off. In fact, apart from the above mentioned 'before the marriage' thing,it has nothing to do with hangover.
                     The movie talks about friendship and relationships and the 'other beautiful side' of our usual life which we sometimes forgets to discover.A perfect cast for the story and they did their job really well.Beautiful locales of Spain is a visual treat.As an Indian movie it has songs but none of the songs are unrealistic.All the songs blends with right situations.
                               If you are leading a stressful routine(boring)life you should watch this movie,believe me you'll realize you haven't seen or done anything in your life.

                                 If you like romantic movies and if you watch this movie this will be the best romantic movie you ever watched.(You will forget the Titanic,Twilight series and all other movies which 'you think' is  best romantic movie).And this is the best romantic Korean movie ever...!!!
               This is a South Korean movie which is based on a true story which was posted on internet as a series of blog posts.It tells the story of a boy whose life changes when he meets this drunk girl in a train at one night.It has some hilarious scenes and dramatic twists.You'll be the happiest person in the world while you see how it's climax scene unfolds. The film was extremely successful all over the world making it the highest grossing Korean comedy movie of all time.The leading lady of the movie Gianna Jun else known as Jeon Ji-hyun became a superstar and was appreciated for her role in the movie.
Warning: There is a Hollywood remake at the same name but it's nothing in-front of this movie,so watch the original Korean version.(English subtitles are available all over the internet).

                             The Thing (2011) is a prequel to the 1982 movie with the same name.This is one of the must watch movie if you are ready to see some bloody violent scenes.This movie ends where the 1982 movie starts.They tried to keep each and every details in this prequel.Director and writers mixed two different genres (horror,Extra terrestrial)into one movie beautifully.Screen play is the star here.Each and every second is thrilling and will make you curious about the next scene.Story happens in a Norwegian research camp in Antarctica.A group of scientists does a discovery which can change their life.It does change their life,but.....in an unexpected way.
                           If you didn't watched the 1982 version and you are watching this one,we are 100% sure you'l watch that one too.And we recommend to watch this one first.
  

                             

The Adventures of Tintin 3D (2011) (English) (Mini Review)

                           Photo-realistic vehicles,buildings,minute details in character acting... 'The adventures of Tintin' is one of the best motion capture movie ever made in the world.If you are a Tin Tin fan,you'l love this movie.A perfect family film for your Christmas holidays.It's incredibly entertaining and a thrilling adventure.Watching your favorite character-the world's most famous Belgium Journalist-jumping from buildings and chasing bad guys in 3D is an awesome experience.We should appreciate the makers for making it without loosing it's comic style.It's Steven Speilberg's first fully CG movie.And the good news is there might be a sequel.

So don't miss it folks...!!!
